• $150 for a 50 minute session

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. 

I accept the following insurance:

• Optum
• Cigna
• Oxford
• Oscar

I am out of network with other insurance companies, in which case I would provide you with proof of payment. Your insurance company would reimburse you for partial cost of services. I recommend you contact your insurance company to find out details.

Payment

I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
